At Lindenlea Keepsakes, every product is custom-made and personalised just for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind once engraving has begun.

Custom & Personalised Items

  • All engraved products are final sale, as they are uniquely created to your specifications.

  • We will always send digital mockups for your approval where applicable before engraving to ensure accuracy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

  • We may request photos of the issue to help us resolve it quickly.

  • Depending on the situation, we will repair, replace, or refund your item.

Customer Responsibility

  • It is your responsibility to ensure all personalisation details (names, dates, spelling, artwork) are correct before approving your order.

  • Lindenlea Keepsakes is not liable for errors in personalisation provided by the customer.

Non-Personalised Items

  • If you purchase a non-custom item (e.g., gift card), our standard 14-day return policy may apply, provided the item has not been gifted to the intended recipient.
