Custom & Personalised Items
All engraved products are final sale, as they are uniquely created to your specifications.
We will always send digital mockups for your approval where applicable before engraving to ensure accuracy.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
We may request photos of the issue to help us resolve it quickly.
Depending on the situation, we will repair, replace, or refund your item.
Customer Responsibility
It is your responsibility to ensure all personalisation details (names, dates, spelling, artwork) are correct before approving your order.
Lindenlea Keepsakes is not liable for errors in personalisation provided by the customer.
Non-Personalised Items
If you purchase a non-custom item (e.g., gift card), our standard 14-day return policy may apply, provided the item has not been gifted to the intended recipient.
