Custom Orders & Personalisation

• All products are custom-made and engraved to your specifications.

• Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled after engraving has begun.

• We will provide digital mockups for your approval where applicable. Once approved, all details are considered final.

Artwork & Files

• Any artwork, handwriting, or personalisation files submitted must be your own or used with proper permission.

• We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or refund payments if requests are inappropriate, offensive, or technically unfeasible.

Product Variations

• Product images shown on our website are examples only.

• Due to the handmade process and natural materials used, slight variations in appearance, colour, or texture may occur.

Shipping & Liability

• We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect customer information, missed communications, or third-party shipping interruptions.

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 5 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.

Customer Responsibility

• By placing an order, you confirm that all personalisation details provided are accurate and final.

• We recommend reviewing all spelling, dates, and design details carefully before approval.
